Can I make a reservation in less than an hour?

Are babies considered passengers?

According to Portuguese law, children under 2 years of age must use a special car seat. So yeah, babies count.

If you are coming with children, please inform us in advance and we will provide you with a car seat.

Do I have to pay extra for cancellation?

No, you never pay extra for cancellation.

We will refund your payment if you notify us at least 24 hours before the provision of the service.

My flight was canceled due to Covid-19, can I cancel my booking?

Yes, let us know immediately.

I need to change some details in my booking. How long should I do this?

Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

Can 9 passengers fit in an 8-seater minibus?

No, each passenger must be in his seat.

Can I eat or drink in the car?

It is strictly forbidden to eat or drink in the vehicle.

Can I travel with my pet?

Yes, this is an additional service for which you have to pay extra. Please advise about this in your booking.

My flight was delayed, do I have to pay extra?

There are no additional charges for flight delays.

Although we monitor all flights, it will not be superfluous if you inform us that your flight is delayed.

How long will I have to wait at the airport?

Your driver will be at the airport at the scheduled arrival time of your flight. As we keep track of flight arrival times, we will be waiting for you when you arrive.

I don’t see the driver?

Our chauffeur will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a sign with your name on it.

If you cannot find a driver, please contact us immediately at +351 969 913 454.

My plane has landed. How long will the driver wait for me?

The driver will wait for you 40 minutes. After that we will try to contact you, but if your phone is switched off or you do not pick up the phone, your transfer will be classified as NO SHOW

Can I arrange 2 drop-offs with the same airport transfer in the same city?

Yes, and we do not charge extra for this. Please let us know in advance.

Can my transfer drop me off and pick me up at the door of my accommodation?

Yes, we will drop off and pick you up at the address provided on your booking.

Is it possible to stay at the local supermarket upon arrival, and if so, is there an additional charge?

Yes, you must indicate this request in your booking. If you do not indicate at the time of booking, then this service will be performed if the driver has such an opportunity.


Do you only provide your services in the Algarve?

No, we work throughout Portugal including southern Spain.

Do you do group excursions?

No, all the services we provide are private and are created for each client individually.

What kind of excursions do you do?

Wine, gastronomic, sightseeing, thematic and transport.

Can I book a 2-day excursion?

Yes, we have a concierge service and can organize almost any type of holiday that interests you.


What precautions have you taken against Covid-19?

Finished the Clean & Safe program run by Turismo de Portugal.

Considered and applied the recommendations from the Portuguese Health Authority.

Disinfection after each client.

We have masks, alcohol, gloves for employees and customers.

My flight was canceled due to Covid-19, can I cancel my booking?

Yes, let us know immediately.

I have arrived in Portugal should I remain in quarantine?

No, you must show a negative Covid-19 test in less than 72 hours.
